At One Tech Electronics, we ensure all products are tested and securely packed before dispatch. To maintain quality and fairness, please read our simple return policy below:

1. The Unboxing Video Rule (Mandatory)

• To claim any missing, broken, or defective item, you must record a clear, continuous unboxing video.
• Each package has an “OPEN HERE” tag. The video must show you cutting this specific tag and opening the package.
• No Video = No Claim. We will not accept any breakage or missing item claims without video proof.

2. Return & Exchange Eligibility (2 Days) You can return or exchange an item within 2 days of delivery, only if:

• The product is unused, sealed, and in its original condition.
• The “OPEN HERE” tag and original packaging are fully intact.
• The product does not match the description on our website.
• Note: The buyer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

3. Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items with a “TESTED” tag (These have been verified working by our engineers before dispatch).
• Custom CNC parts, laser-cut pieces, and custom PCBs.
• Burnt or soldered components, ICs, transistors, batteries, and 3D printer parts.
• Items without any tag or with damaged packaging.

4. Refunds & Restocking Fee

• Approved refunds are processed within 1-7 working days after technical assessment.
• A 25% Restocking Fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

5. In-Store Purchases Please check and verify your items before leaving our physical store. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items bought at the outlet without prior approval from our technical team.

6. Order Confirmation Calls (For COD) To reduce fake orders, our team calls you on WhatsApp/Phone to confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) order. If you do not respond to our confirmation call, your order will be cancelled automatically.

Need to start a return? Please contact our support team via Email/WhatsApp with your order number and video proof before sending anything back. Do not send products back without prior approval.
